Vision and Mission

Bishmizzine rests in the middle of the Koura plain. It is bordered by hills and pine forests which ensure a healthy environment.
Moreover, what characterizes our village is that it is a rural area.
Bishmizzine plays a role as a focal point that attracts nearby citizens.
Our village, Bishmizzine, is a model community in culture and education.
The school it hugs and takes pride of is a beam of light that shines brighter year after year.

Vision

We believe that a joyful child is a successful one. We are committed to providing a safe, favorable, and exciting environment for children to learn and to serve Lebanon, especially the Koura community. We highly seek valued students, where encouragement is provided for children to achieve their goals and become independent life-long learners.

Mission

BHS is a non-profit organization which emphasizes the fact that no student shall stay without learning due to financial issues. BHS empowers learners to become active citizens in society, where its curriculum aims to achieve excellence on different levels and improve the person’s education. BHS learners develop great self-reliance along with self-refinement, social awareness, and respect for their community.

Objectives

We achieve our mission through:

• Creating educational opportunities without exception, knowing that the school does not have commercial and political objectives
• Seeking to achieve perfection by modifying the program, selecting the educators, developing the methods, renovating the buildings, modernizing the furniture, increasing the equipment, and furnishing the laboratories and the library with the latest tools and items
• Creating a valid scientific and educational atmosphere for learners to develop their skills
• Helping educators to unleash all students’ potentials
• Supporting students to give the best results
• Imparting knowledge and information to students in order to successfully pass the Lebanese Baccalaureate exams with distinguished marks, as well as the Standard Aptitude Tests that enable them to enroll in local and international universities
• Implementing inclusion for students with learning difficulties in a safe and welcoming atmosphere
• Developing a great patriotic spirit and instilling it in the hearts of students
• Raising responsible citizens who work against fanaticism, sectarianism, and discrimination
• Spreading spiritual and moral education between students, thus focusing on essential core values
• Accustoming students to exercise their rights, perform their duties, and enjoy their freedoms
• Encouraging students to express and share their opinions freely, with objectivity and self-accountability
• Involving students in public interest, in which they learn how to cooperate, consult, and respect their society
